Here's an overview of what's included in Core
SEPA transfers
You can send SEPA payments free of charge up to a total of €100,000 per month (billing period).
Any SEPA transfer volume above €100,000 per month will incur a 0.025% fee.
This higher free transfer allowance gives growing businesses more room to operate without additional payment costs.
International payments (SWIFT)
The fee for outgoing SWIFT transfers in currencies other than EUR has been reduced to 0.3%.
Outgoing SWIFT transfers in EUR cost only €5, with no additional volume-based fees.
This makes international business payments more cost-efficient while keeping the same convenient payment experience.
Cards
Each user can have up to 3 free physical cards and 20 free virtual cards.
Wallets
Your plan includes up to 5 wallets.
Interest wallet
Your eligible account balance earns a 1.2% annual interest rate.
Interest is calculated and paid according to Finom's applicable terms and conditions.
Cashback
Earn 4% cashback on card payments, with a monthly cashback cap of €40.
This gives you more value back on your everyday business spending compared to the Smart plan.
Users (team members):
Your plan allows an unlimited number of users free of charge.
Expense management:
All the features are available to you, no restrictions, and an advanced version of usage.
Support:
Your plan includes a high level of support: 24/7 AI assistance, chat support with a response time of under 3 minutes, email support within 30 minutes, and now weekend support is also available to you.
