What is a Wero payment?
Wero is a European payment method that lets you pay online shops and services directly from your Finom account.

Who can pay with Wero?
Wero payments are available to Finom Dutch customers.
Only the Owner and Manager can confirm a Wero payment.
You can only confirm Wero payments in the Finom mobile app (iOS or Android).
Limits
You can pay up to €100,000 in a single Wero payment.
There's no limit on the number of payments you can make.
How to pay with Wero
1. At checkout, choose Wero as the payment method.
2. Open the payment confirmation screen in the Finom app. How you do this depends on your device:
Shopping on a computer: the merchant's page shows a Wero QR code.
You have two options:
Open the Finom mobile app, go to the Pay tab, tap Scan QR, and scan the QR code. The confirmation screen opens straight away.
Or scan the QR code with your phone's camera and choose Finom from the list of banks. You'll be redirected to the confirmation screen in the Finom app.

3. Check the details on the confirmation screen:
the amount, including any shipping costs
any fee
the merchant's name under To
4. If you have more than one company, check the company under Paying as. Tap it to choose a different company.
5. Check the wallet under From wallet. Tap it to choose a different wallet.
6. Tap Confirm and sign the payment.
7. “Your payment is on the way” screen appears. You're taken back to the merchant automatically, or you can tap Return to merchant or Close.
Changed your mind?
Tap “Cancel” on the confirmation screen, then tap “Yes, cancel payment”. No transaction is created.
To pay from another bank instead, tap Pay with a different banking app.
Where to find your Wero payment
The payment appears in your transactions list straight away.
On the transaction page, the type is Wero payment.
To see only your Wero payments, use the Wero payments filter in the transactions list.
Cancellations and refunds
Once you confirm a Wero payment, it can't be canceled or recalled.
For a refund, contact the merchant directly. A refund from the merchant arrives in your Finom account as an incoming payment marked Wero refund, and you'll get a push notification. On the transaction page, the refund is linked to the original payment.
