In order to receive money in your Finom Business Account, first select the wallet in which you would like to receive the money.
If it is your Main wallet, its IBAN is already shown on Home under the total balance in the mobile app and in the Main row of the Balance widget on the web.
For any other wallet:
In the mobile app
1. Open the Accounts tab — you'll see all your wallets in one list.
2. Once you have selected the correct wallet, click on the "+" (Top up) button.
3. Select the method, and you will be redirected to the page where you can find all the details to share with your clients.
On the web version
1. Open Accounts in the side menu (you can also click All wallets in the Balance widget on Home).
2. Click the wallet in the list, then click Top up on its page.
3. You will then be redirected to the page where you can find all the details to share with your clients.
Once you have shared the details with your clients, they can then be able to make a payment to this account from their bank account.
A SEPA payment can take up to 3 business days to be processed.
