You can withdraw cash from ATMs using both your physical and virtual Finom cards.
Withdrawing cash with a physical card
You will need to activate your card before you can start using it to withdraw cash. Once the card is activated, you can withdraw cash from any ATM, regardless of the bank.
Withdrawing cash with a virtual card
Before you can withdraw cash using a virtual card, you need to enable ATM withdrawals for that card.
This feature is available to all Finom customers except those on the Solo plan.
Currently, only the account Owner can use a virtual card for ATM withdrawals. Support for team members will be added in the future.
How to enable ATM withdrawals for a virtual card
Make sure your virtual card is connected to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Go to Cards and select the virtual card you want to use for ATM withdrawals.
Open Limits & Controls and enable ATM withdrawals
Setting a PIN code is mandatory to activate ATM withdrawals for virtual cards.
Choose a PIN code.
Enter the same PIN code again to confirm it.
Confirm the action using the unique 6-digit verification code sent to you in the Finom app or via SMS.
A confirmation pop-up will appear once your PIN has been successfully set.
Your virtual card is now ready to be used for cash withdrawals via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
💡 You can have a maximum of three virtual cards enabled for ATM withdrawals at the same time.
Things to keep in mind
Finom is an online service, so we do not have physical branches or our own ATM network.
Your maximum withdrawal limit and the number of free ATM withdrawals depend on your subscription plan and the country where your account is registered.
