Finom navigation and dashboard overview

Your Finom dashboard is designed to support your daily financial routine, with fast access to all essential functions.

Let’s have a look at all the features available in the web version.

"+" button

The "+" button is in the top-left corner of your main dashboard.

This button provides quick access to multiple functions, including payments, wallets, document creation, and other actions.

The menu is organized into four sections:

  • Payments: Create and manage outgoing payments and transfers.

  • Get paid: Create documents and receive payments from customers.

  • Wallets: Access account information, cards, balances, and wallet management tools.

  • Upload & Export: Upload documents and export or collect financial data.

💡 Please note that the selection of available functions depends on the role you have. Different members of the team have different permissions and can access different actions from the dashboard.

"Quick actions" widget

The "Quick actions" widget gives you fast and easy access to the functions you need multiple times a day

The choice is yours!

You can decide what actions are important to you and keep them within one click’s reach on your dashboard.

Clicking the settings icon lets you choose which actions you want to keep in Quick actions.

💡 Please note that you can select only 3 actions. The availability of functions depends on the role you have. Different members of the team have different permissions linked to their role. If you need to change a role, please be aware that you need to delete the team member and re-invite them in the new role.

Main navigation

The navigation bar at the top of your dashboard gives you direct access to all key areas of Finom:

  • Home — your main financial overview, including transactions, balances, cards, and team

  • Get paid — create and manage invoices, quotes, and delivery notes

  • Team — manage your team members

  • Cards — view and manage your physical and virtual cards

  • More — access additional tools and settings

"Home" tab

The "Home" tab shows you an overview of all your transactions, with widgets for your balance, wallets, cards, and team members.

You can customize your dashboard to your needs by clicking on the "Customize dashboard" button.

You can move widgets around, hide some of them, or add hidden ones back to the dashboard.

Once you’re done, click on "Finish customization".

"Home" tab: "Balance" widget

In the "Balance" widget, you can see your total balance across all wallets. You can also add a new wallet or currency by clicking the "New wallet or currency" button.

"Home" tab: "Cards" widget

In the "Cards" widget, you can see all the cards for your account, check all the cashback details, and transfer cashback to your main wallet. To transfer the cashback, click on the option right under the list of your cards.

"Home" tab: "Team" widget

In the team section, you can view your team or start onboarding a new team member. For other changes, you will need to go to the "Team" tab in the main navigation.

"Get paid" tab

The "Get paid" tab shows you all of your invoices, quotes, and delivery notes.

Here you can create invoices, upload or export documents from the "Quick actions" widget, or personalize your own choice of fast-accessible functionalities.

You can manage the list of services and products you offer via "Goods & Services", as well as import your client database to Finom via "Import data to Finom" — this will make creating invoices for your clients much easier and faster.

"Team" tab

The "Team" tab lets you manage everyone with access to your Finom account.

From this section, you can:

  • Invite new team members to your company account by clicking "Invite new team member."

  • View all active team members and their assigned roles.

  • Track invitation statuses and resend invitations to users with pending invitations.

When you click on the team member's profile, you can see a page detailing the transaction history and available cards for this person.


In the "Settings" tab, you can first disable team members' access, then delete them from the company if needed.

"Cards" tab

The "Cards" tab is where you can manage all payment cards linked to your Finom account. You can order new cards, view your own and team members’ cards, check card status, monitor spending limits, and filter cards by type, status, or wallet.


To check the details or settings of any particular card, just click on it, and the card page will open.

"More" tab

The "More" tab provides access to additional account management tools and services.

In this menu, you can find 4 options:

  • Expenses

  • Uploaded files

  • Integrations

  • Cashback

"More" tab: Expenses

The "Expenses" section helps you collect, organize, and reconcile all documents related to outgoing business expenses in one place.


In this section, you can:

  • Upload and store expense-related documents, such as invoices, receipts, and bills.
    You can either upload the document using the "Uploaded files" section or via the quick widget "Upload document."


    Alternatively, you can send the document to your Finom email address.
    Your own Finom email address is displayed in the "Email to collect" section inside the "+" menu, so you can use it to quickly and easily send your invoices and receipts to your Finom account.


  • View documents that require matching with transactions in the "Documents to match" tab.

  • Review matched documents in the "Matched" tab to ensure your records are complete and organized.

  • Access all uploaded expense documents through the "Uploaded files" area and review them, in case any changes need to be made to the automatic document recognition.

"More" tab: Uploaded files

In the "Uploaded files" section, you can access all uploaded expense documents and review them, in case any changes need to be made to the automatic document recognition.

You can also manage the automatic recognition of the documents you upload, either enable it or disable it.

"More" tab: Integrations

The "Integrations" section lets you connect Finom to external accounting and business tools to streamline your financial workflows.

From this section, you can:

  • View and manage available integrations directly from your Finom account.

  • Connect supported accounting software to automatically share financial data between Finom and your accounting system.

"More" tab: Cashback

The "Cashback" section lets you track and redeem cashback earned from eligible card purchases. You can view your available cashback balance, monitor earning limits and progress, and see how much cashback you've accumulated during the current reward period.
