As part of the Finom X migration, we are required to re-verify your Business details, even if you are already an existing customer. This process is a result of regulatory requirements and ensures that your information remains accurate and up to date. Additionally, because Finom is now operating under its own Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, we need to ensure that all customer data meets the standards set by the regulatory bodies overseeing this transition.

While your details may have been verified before, re-verifying ensures that all information is current and allows us to maintain the highest standards of security and compliance. This verification will be a seamless part of the Finom X migration process, ensuring smooth transition to the new platform.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Business data confirmation: on the screen, you’ll be asked to confirm your company information, including your business name, registration address, legal form and type of activity. Additionally, if applicable, you may need to confirm the details of legal representatives and beneficial owners.

  2. Updating information: If any information is incorrect, click the "Some data needs to be updated." This will open an additional info section where you can specify what needs to be corrected. You also have the option to upload supporting documents, which can help expedite the review process.

  3. Finalizing confirmation: Once all the data is accurate, click "Everything is correct" to proceed. If you have submitted corrections, click "Submit answer" to send the updated information for review.

You may need to upload the company registration document for your business.

For companies:

Registration document (Handelsregisterauszug): If the system does not automatically retrieve your registration document, you will need to upload it manually. This document is essential for verifying your company’s legal status. Please note that this document must be no more than 3 months old.

Ensure that all documents are clear and up-to-date to avoid any delays in the update process.
