Will my subscription plan change ?
Once you migrate to Finom X, your subscription plan will remain the same. For example, if you are currently on the Start plan, your company will continue on it at the same price and for the same period.
If you have an annual subscription, all the remaining paid months and days will be preserved. Your active subscription will seamlessly continue without any interruption, preserving your investment in our service.
You can use your former IBANs for a further 60 days after the migration. During this 60-day period, your existing plan term applies to both your old Solaris account and your new Finom X account, at no extra charge.
Similarly, if you have an active trial period, it will still be valid after the migration, so you can continue enjoying your trial benefits as usual.
