How can I check my old IBAN details?
If you have successfully migrated to Finom X, your former Solaris account has been closed as part of the end of the Solaris agreement.
Your old IBAN details remain available through your account statements in Finom.
To retrieve them, generate a statement in your Finom profile for a period that includes activity on your former Solaris IBAN. The system will generate a ZIP file containing:
A Finom account statement for your Finom wallet, listing your Finom IBAN(s), the account opening date, and confirming that no transactions were made on the Finom wallet if the selected period is before the IBAN was opened
Your previous Solaris account statement for the selected period, including your old IBAN details
Will I be able to view my past bank statements and transactions in Finom X?
Yes. After a successful migration to Finom X, your full transaction history remains available in your Finom account.
You can continue to view your past transactions in the transaction history and generate bank statements at any time. When selecting a statement period, the system will automatically include the relevant data from your former Solaris account and your Finom wallet in the generated ZIP file.d be generated for, based on the transactions made during that time.
