Due to the conclusion of our partnership with Solaris SE, Succursale Italiana, Finom will no longer be able to offer banking services through PNL Fintech B.V. (Finom). Solaris SE will terminate all business relationships under this arrangement, pursuant to Section 1, paragraphs 5 and 15 of its General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
This means that after the termination date, your current Finom account with Solaris will be closed, since all Finom-Solaris products are terminated.
How should I manage remaining funds in my Solaris account?
Please ensure you have €0.00 balance remaining before termination date. Log in to your account and transfer all your funds to your new Finom X account or other bank account by the termination date to avoid any disruptions. Make sure to settle your account balance if it’s overdrawn.
What If I still have balance in my account ?
At the end of migration, your account with Finom will be closed as per termination letter we've sent to you, and you won't have access to the account any more.
If you still have funds in your account that you did not withdraw, you will need to contact Solaris to retrieve the money.

You will be asked to fill out a form in order to transfer your funds out of your Finom account to another bank account of your choice.
