After 31 January 2025, all accounts with Treezor are not operational following the termination notice sent to all concerned clients. Only the invoicing feature remains accessible.

I still have funds in the account

If you still have remaining funds on your balance, use this link to complete the form for further investigation and payout. Our partner Treezor should get in touch with you on this request & complete pay out within 5 working days.

In case of any errors or queries regarding your old account, please get in touch with our former banking provider, Treezor, directly at [email protected].

Can I create a new account with Finom?

We’d love to have you back!

You can easily create a new account by following these steps:

  1. From your main dashboard, click on your company name in the top right corner.

  2. Select "Add your other business".

  3. Open a new business account for your company with Finom.

💡 Please note: you will be opening a brand-new account and none of the benefits you had with your old account, such as forever free plan, will be applied.
