Finom’s new revolving credit line gives you flexible access to funds when you need them most – and applying is fast, simple, and fully digital.
First of all, at this stage, the credit line is available by pre-offer only. This means that if you haven’t received a pre-offer yet, you won’t be able to apply directly.
Who can receive a pre-offer?
A credit line will gradually become available to existing customers who have been with Finom for at least 3 months and meet our eligibility criteria based on their transaction history, financial performance, and other relevant factors, including data from Multibanking.
💡 Tip: Make Finom your primary bank account and connect your other business bank accounts via Multibanking – it helps us better understand your financial profile and may increase your chances of receiving a pre-offer in the future.
Once you receive your pre-offer, you can apply in just a few steps.
Step 1: Review Your Preliminary Offer
If you’re eligible, you’ll be notified about a preliminary credit line offer.
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, under the balance widget, you will see the “Credit line” widget.
By clicking on the widget, you will be redirected to the Credit line page with the preliminary offer available.
💡 Please note: this is not a final approval – just an estimate of the credit limit you might qualify for based on your business activity with Finom.
Also, keep in mind that your pre-offer may have a validity period, which will be clearly stated in the communication you receive. The offer must be accepted within this timeframe; otherwise, it will expire and be removed from your account. Your offer will also be removed if you marked it as “Not interested”.
Few important things to know about your preliminary offer:
The offer includes a range of interest rates (not yet personalized)
It's non-binding – you’re not committing to anything by receiving it
You can choose to proceed and apply for your personalized offer
Step 2: Apply for a Personalized Final Offer
To move forward and apply, please acknowledge our Privacy Policy and click on “Get a personalized offer”.
Most applications are assessed within a few minutes.
Here’s what happens next:
Data Verification: On the pop-up screen, confirm your business details so we can evaluate your full financial picture, including any external data from Multibanking if connected.
If your business data is incorrect, please contact Customer Support to update your registration information.
If you never used Multibanking you will also see an option to boost your chances for a higher credit limit and connect your other bank accounts. Just click on “Connect my banks” and proceed with the finAPI solution.
If you have any issues with connecting your other bank accounts, you can connect them directly in the app. Go to the Settings of your main wallet or “GO” menu → “Connect another bank” to link your MultiBanking accounts.
2. Geolocation access
Next, we will do a quick check of geoposition, you will be asked to share your location. This is just a standard security measure to ensure the credit line application is being made by the rightful account holder and to prevent fraud. Your data is securely protected. Please note that declining to share your location may affect your final offer decision.
3. Offer personalization
The review of your data and final offer personalization may take a couple of minutes. You can exit the application, and you will be notified once the final offer is ready.
If you experience any technical issues, please try again later. You can return to your last confirmed step at any time during the validity period of your offer. Click “Continue application” on the pre-offer widget in your Finom account, or use the link provided in our communication (email, SMS or push notification).
Step 3: Review Personalized Final Offer
1. Final Offer Review: Once your risk assessment is complete, you’ll receive a personalized credit offer with a specific interest rate and credit limit tailored to your business.
2. Offer Validity: Keep in mind, the final offer may have an expiration date – you’ll see this clearly in your offer.
💡Applying is completely free and non-binding until you accept the final agreement.
Step 4: Accept the Final Offer and Access Your Funds
Happy with the terms? Here’s how to activate your credit line:
1. Select the wallet for funds disbursement and future credit repayments.
Click on “Select payment method”.
You will be prompted to select the wallet for funds disbursement and future credit repayments.
2. Accept the Credit Agreement digitally
On the next screen, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the credit agreement and would like to sign it. You can take your time and review the credit agreement before proceeding.
Once accepted, your credit agreement will be available in the Documents section of the credit line dashboard at all times.
🕒 Reminder: Don’t forget that your offer has an expiration date – make sure to complete the process before it expires.
3. Complete a quick online identity verification
You will be redirected to our partner SumSub for quick ID verification.
4. Get instant access to your approved credit funds
You will be notified that the credit line has been activated, and you will see a credit line widget with your approved credit limit.
You’ll be able to withdraw funds whenever you need them and only pay interest on what you use.
