If your account has transitioned to Finom Payments, and you still have access to your Solaris account during the notice period, you can easily move your scheduled payments and standing orders. Here's how:
Where to Find the Transfer Option?
After logging into your Finom Payments profile, you will be presented with the option to transfer recurring payments from your Solaris account.
For the next stage, you will need to log in to your Solaris account. This is essential to remove the existing scheduled payments from Solaris, thereby avoiding any potential double charges.
The transfer option for scheduled payments will be available in your Solaris dashboard upon login.
⚠️ Important: To delete scheduled payments from your Solaris account, you must use the Solaris interface and authenticate via your registered phone number.
Accessing the Scheduled Payment Transfer Option
To transfer scheduled payments from Solaris to Finom Payments, log in to your Solaris account. You will see an automatic prompt offering the transfer option.
You have two choices:
Click the prompt to transfer each scheduled payment separately.
2. Alternatively:
To transfer scheduled payments manually, access the "Planned Payments" area within your Solaris account. Select each individual payment that you intend to move.
Currently, transfers must be completed individually. Batch transfers are unavailable.
How the Transfer Process Works
Initiate a transfer by selecting "Transfer Payment" either when prompted or within the scheduled payments area.
A request to delete the chosen scheduled payment will be displayed immediately.
Verify the deletion through code authentication.
4. After confirmation, the payment is successfully removed from your Solaris account.
5. Access your Finom Payments dashboard again to verify the transfer
6. To view your transferred scheduled payment, go to the "Planned" section of your Finom Payments account. You'll find it listed there.
Eligibility
To use this feature, you must meet the following criteria:
Successfully migrated to Finom Payments
Your Solaris account remains active within the specified notice period
Important: Once your Solaris account is deactivated, the transfer option will be disabled.
