Our Solo plan is available only for freelancers and companies either newly registered or under registration process.

Solo plan subscription remains free.

Here is an overview of changes in available features and fees:

SEPA payments:

  • Processing of incoming SEPA Instants payments are free of charge

  • No more 2 euro fees for outgoing SEPA transactions

  • All incoming SEPA regular transfers are free of charge

  • You can send out SEPA transfers free of charge within a €2,500 threshold per month (billing period). All transfers above the threshold, will be subject to 0.3% fee with a maximum cap of €150 per transfer

International payments (SWIFT):

  • We have reduced the fee for outgoing SWIFT transfers to 1% of the transfer amount, while the base fee of €5 remains unchanged.

Cards:

  • The card allowance per user has changed: you can now have 1 free virtual card and 1 additional paid physical card. If you already have more than this number, your existing cards will remain active, but you will continue to pay the applicable fees for extra cards.

    Please note: if you block one of your extra cards, you will not be able to order new one exceeding your limit.

  • Extra physical cards will be charged with a €3 fee per card, and extra virtual cards with a €1 fee per card.

Wallets:

  • The wallet allowance per account has changed: you can now have 1 wallet with local IBAN (FR/IT/NL etc). If you already have more than this number, your existing wallets will remain active, but you will continue to pay the applicable fees for extra wallets – €4 per wallet.

    Please note: if you close one of your extra wallets, you will not be able to create a new one, exceeding your allowance.

Users (team members):

  • The Solo plan is for single users only – no additional users can be added. If you’d like to add a member of your team or an accountant, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan. If you already have extra users, they won’t be removed, but you will continue to pay the applicable extra fees(€4 per team member).

    However, if you deactivate any of extra team members, adding any new users will not be possible.

Expense management:

  • Some features that previously allowed flexible management of team members and cards are now restricted. For example, you will no longer be able to adjust advanced spending limits for cards, change the wallet linked to a card, or manage transaction categories (such as selecting which merchant categories are allowed for card payments).

  • No access to special offers

Support:

  • 24/7 AI assistance is available for your plan. Chat and email support are offered during business hours, but the response times are different: you will receive an answer from our team within 1 business day. No weekend support is available.
