Here is an overview of changes in available features and fees:
SEPA:
You can send payments free of charge up to a total of €50,000 per month (billing period). Any amount above this threshold will incur a 0.025% fee, capped at €150 per transaction.
International payments (SWIFT):
The fee for outgoing SWIFT transfers in currencies other than EUR has been reduced to 0.4%. Outgoing SWIFT transfers in EUR now cost only €5, with no additional volume-based fees. Overall, international payments are now much cheaper.
Cards:
Each user can now have up to 3 free physical cards and 10 free virtual cards. If you already have more than this, your existing cards will remain active, but you will continue to pay the applicable extra fees for them.
Please note: if you block one of your extra cards, you will not be able to order new one exceeding your limit.
Extra virtual cards will be charged with €1 fee per card.
Express delivery of cards is free of charge now.
Users (team members):
Your plan allows having unlimited amount of users free of charge.
Expense management:
All the features are available to you, no restrictions, advanced version of usage.
Support:
Your plan includes a high level of support: 24/7 AI assistance, chat support with a response time of under 3 minutes, email support within 30 minutes, and now weekend support is also available to you.
