❗️Error: “You cannot make payments as your account is in the closure process”

Why you are seeing this message

If you see this message, it means that your Finom x Solaris account has passed its communicated closure date.
As a result, your account has been restricted and is now in the closure process — outgoing payments are no longer possible.

This action cannot be reversed.

What this means for you

  • Your Finom x Solaris account is being closed.

  • You can still migrate to your new Finom X account at this stage.

  • Once your remaining funds have been transferred, we will open your Finom X account on our side so you can continue your business operations.

ℹ️ Please also take a look at the 'Finom X account' section of our help desk, where you can find information on how to process the migration, the reasons why it is required, and the benefits it offers.

How to transfer your remaining funds

The payout of your remaining balance must be done manually via Solaris using the link below:

If your account has multiple IBANs, you will need to submit a separate transfer request for each IBAN.

Please make sure that the email address and phone number you enter in the form match the details registered with Finom x Solaris to ensure a smooth process.

You may also be required to submit a copy of your ID (both sides) or passport along with the form.

After submitting the form, you will receive a DocuSign email to securely complete the transfer.

If you don’t receive this email within a few hours, please check your spam folder.

The Payment can take up to 5 business days to be completed.

💡 Tip: We recommend that you create a free DocuSign account and manually upload an image of your handwritten signature there.

Please note that delays may occur if the signature on the document does not match the one on your previously submitted ID.

Important information

  • Incoming payments sent to your old Solaris IBAN will be automatically returned to the sender.

  • To continue using Finom, please transfer your funds via the Solaris link; we’ll open your Finom Payments account once the credit arrives.

Need help?

If you have any questions or experience issues with the transfer, please reach out to Finom Support — our team will be happy to help you through the process.
