Starting December 1st, we are moving to a new freemium model that allows continued development of features, reliable support, and a sustainable service offering.
How the new Freemium model works
Our new model gives you full access to Finom Accounting, with a free plan that includes all features up to a certain usage limit. This lets you try the product before committing.

Full access to all accounting features, including:
Automatic categorisation
Financial reports
DATEV export
Usage is limited to 20 verified bookkeeping records.
Important: Starting December 9th, the 20-record limit will be reset for everyone — your previous records will not count toward this new limit.
What counts as a “verified record”?
Only approved and verified entries count toward your 20-record limit. This includes the final version of a business event the first time you verify it.
The following do not count toward the limit:
Drafts
Uploaded documents
Edits or re-verification of existing records
Going beyond 20 records
Once you try to verify your 21st record, you’ll be prompted to activate the Finom Accounting add-on for unlimited use.

What happens to your existing data?
Your data always remains safe and accessible, whether you activate the add-on or not.
If you don’t activate:
You keep access to all verified records
You can export your data at any time
You cannot verify new records after reaching the 20-record limit
If you cancel your subscription:
Your account reverts to the free plan
All verified records remain accessible and exportable
