What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile data plan directly on your device without inserting a physical SIM card. It’s convenient, flexible, and perfect for staying online while abroad.
With your Finom Prime card, you receive 1 free data pack per month, which includes 1 GB of data valid for 7 days. This pack is non-transferable and tied to your Finom user account.
How It Works
You can activate your free eSIM directly from the Finom app or web version of your account.
Once activated, the data pack is immediately available for use and valid for 7 days from the moment of pack’s activation. The pack is activated via a secure partner integration. Once activated, follow the on-screen steps to install and enable the eSIM on your device
The pack works in countries covered by the eSIM provider's catalogue, which may vary based on region. You can see the list of the countries from your Finom account, when creating new e-sim. Coverage and speed depend on the partner network in each region.
In case the eSIM fails to provision after activation and your allowance is deducted, Finom will restore your allowance automatically.
eSIM Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an eSIM is installed, it cannot be cancelled or uninstalled for a refund
eSIMs are non-replaceable and non-transferable
If you delete the eSIM from your device, it will be considered used and non-refundable
If the eSIM is not activated and some issue arises, our team will investigate, and our technical team confirms a valid issue, your monthly allowance will be restored
Please only proceed with activation of the e-sim when you're ready to use the data pack.
