How to start using your benefits
Once you receive your Finom Prime card, you become eligible for lounge access. You can start the process from your card’s benefit page.
You will receive an email or in-app message with an activation link and instructions.
Follow the steps to set up your membership and generate your personal QR code.
Your QR code is your digital pass for lounge access.
It includes your name and membership details, which must match your passport and boarding pass at entry.
If the lounge’s QR scanner isn’t working, staff may manually enter your membership ID.
Using DragonPass at the airport
You can use your pass at more than 700 airports worldwide.
You can search for available lounges or Fast Track services by city, country, or airport through the DragonPass website or mobile app.
