Who can make pagoPA payments?
pagoPA payments are available only for Finom customers with an Italian (IT) IBAN. Only the Owner and Manager can sign the payment.
How to initiate a pagoPA payment
Open the pagoPA payment form using one of the options below:
From the web version
From the "GO" menu:
Click on the "GO" button. In the Payments section, select F24, pagoPA, MAV, RAV.
Choose pagoPA.
From the euro wallet page:
Open your euro wallet with local IT IBAN and click Transfer. Select pagoPA.
From the mobile app (iOS and Android):
From the main menu:
Open Main menu. Tap F24 · pagoPA · MAV · RAV.
Select pagoPA.
From the euro wallet screen:
Open your euro wallet.
Tap New transfer and select pagoPA.
By QR code scan:
Open Main menu and tap QR.
Scan the pagoPA QR code on your payment notice.
2. Enter 2 fields from pagoPA payment notice (or just check them if they are prefilled after QR code scan):
Codice avviso: 18 digits.
Codice fiscale ente creditore: 11 digits.
3. Click or tap Continue.
4. Review the payment details:
Amount
Fee
Wallet
Reason for payment or reference (you can edit it if needed)
Click or tap Continue to open the payment draft screen.
5. Click or tap Pay now to confirm the payment. Once payment is Completed, you will see IUV on the payment details screen.
6. Your payment is now completed. You can download proof of payment if you need it.
Limits and availability
The maximum payment amount for a pagoPA payment is 100,000 €.
pagoPA payments are unavailable daily from 23:55 to 00:00 CET.
On weekends and Italian public holidays, the payment is processed on the nearest working day.
