Who can make MAV/RAV payments?
MAV/RAV payments are available only for Finom customers with an Italian (IT) IBAN. Only the Owner and Manager can sign the payment.
How to initiate a MAV/RAV payment
Open the MAV/RAV payment form using one of the options below:
From the web app
From Go menu:
1. Click GO.
2. In the Payments section, select F24, pagoPA, MAV, RAV.
3. Choose MAV/RAV.
From the euro wallet page:
1. Open your euro wallet.
2. Click Transfer.
3. Select MAV/RAV.
From the mobile app (iOS and Android):
From the main menu:
1. Open Main menu.
2. Tap F24 · pagoPA · MAV · RAV.
3. Select MAV/RAV.
From the euro wallet screen:
1. Open your euro wallet.
2. Tap New transfer.
3. Select MAV/RAV.
Enter the following fields from MAV/RAV payment notice:
Codice MAV/RAV: 17 or 18 digits (you can scan them instead of entering manually).
Amount
Reason for payment: it’s prefilled, you can edit it.
Click or tap Continue to open the payment draft screen.
4. Click or tap Pay now to confirm the payment.
5. Your payment is now completed. You can download proof of payment if you need it.
Limits and availability
Maximum payment amount: 100,000 €.
MAV/RAV payments are unavailable daily from 23:55 to 00:00 CET.
On weekends and Italian public holidays, the payment is processed on the nearest working day.
