There are three different ways you can share your invoices with an accountant.

  1. The first option would be to invite your accountant to become a team member within your Finom account, and assign them the role of a supervisor. They will then be able to see all the invoices you created, and can download them if needed. Here you can learn how to invite a new team member to your Finom account.

  2. The second option would be to send the invoices to your accountant using a link or a PDF file. To do this, click on the invoice you would like to send from your main dashboard.

You will then be redirected to the page with information about the invoice. From here, click on the red button "Send document".

Next, choose how you would like to share your invoice, by selecting one of the four available options; Email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Or, you can share by simply using the link located below these options, which you can easily copy.

3. The third option is to download the invoice and send it as a PDF using your email provider.
