As a Finom customer, you are not required to sign e-invoices. Our partner DOCUMI, a certified Italian company responsible for transferring your invoices, will do this on your behalf!

You won't need any external devices or complex passwords to sign your invoices.

DOCUMI services will be available once e-invoicing has been activated. To activate e-invoicing you just need to send your first electronic invoice.

You will see a pop-up window, asking you to insert the details of the person responsible for the conservation of the invoices. By clicking "Activate" you will also agree with the general terms and conditions of e-invoicing services.

From now on, all of your invoices will be signed in compliance with regulation.
