In order to understand if your customer has received your invoice, first open your dashboard, where you will see a list of your invoices. Select one of these.
You will then be redirected to a new page where you can see the summary of your invoice. This dashboard gives you the possibility to send an e-invoice, or share a copy via email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Here you can also see the status of the invoice.
Customers with the "Start" plan can also track their invoices in the "History" section located on the bottom-right side of the page.
When your client opens the invoice you sent, you will then see this information appear in the trail as shown below:
The status "Delivered to customer" means that the invoice was delivered to your client by the governments exchange system. If you have sent your invoice by email or shared via messengers, you will see "Viewed by customer", as soon as your client opens it.
