How to upgrade your plan?

To upgrade to a higher pricing plan, please follow these steps:

  1. From your main dashboard, select the company name in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and from the dropdown menu, choose the section "Plan and limits".

2. Here you will find information about your current tariff, and can view all features included with this specific plan.

Here you will see the option to "Change plan". You can select this option if you would like to change your plan, or to just view the list of all plans available.

3. The page with an overview of available plans will open.

💡 Please note that, depending on the type of your business, some plans may not be visible to you.

In the top-left corner, you can select the payment frequency to be either monthly or annually.

If you want to see plans in comparison, you can click on “Compare plans”.

Select the plan you want and click on “Upgrade”.

If you would like to request a custom plan (Pro or Grow), you can click on “Request a price”. One of our corporate team representatives will contact you to find a perfect plan for the needs of your business.

4. You will then be prompted to check the payment frequency once again. The change will be immediate. We will prorate the price according to billing period, so you will only be charged for what you use.

Please note: you do not have a free trial month on a plan when you upgrade; you start paying immediately.

You will need to approve the action by entering the code we sent you in the Finom app.

Now you have successfully upgraded your plan.

All new or additional features that are included in this new plan are available straight away!
