To downgrade your pricing plan, please follow these steps:
1. From your main dashboard, select the company name in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and from the dropdown choose the section "Plans and Limits".
2. Here you will find information about your current tariff, and can view all features included with that specific plan.
You will see the option to "Change plan". You can select this option if you would like to change your plan, or simply view the list of all plans available.
3. The page with overview of available plans will open.
Please note, depending on the type of your business, some plans may not be visible to you.
In the top-left corner, you can click on toggle to change the payment frequency to be either monthly or annually.
If you want to see plans in comparison, you can click on “Compare plans”
4. If you choose to downgrade your plan (e.g., from Smart to Basic), please note that some features may no longer be included in your new plan.
You can continue using any cards, wallets, or team members beyond what’s included in your new plan—an additional fee will apply for those extras.
Before confirming the downgrade, we’ll show you some of the features that are no longer included. You can learn more in the full comparison table. You can still change your mind on this page by clicking “I’ve changed my mind.”
If you continue with the downgrade, we will also ask you to clarify the reason for the tariff change so that we can better understand how we can improve our offerings to our users.
5. You will need to approve the action by entering the code we sent you in the Finom app.
6. After you have downgraded, you will see the screen displaying the date your new plan will become active.
Please note: When you are downgrading, we do not refund the difference between the plans. The changes will take effect only after the end of your current billing period with higher plan.
If you are downgrading from monthly plan, the change will take effect at the end of billing month.
If you are downgrading from annual plan, since you've already paid for an annual subscription, the switch to the lower plan will be applied after your current annual period ends.
You’ll continue to enjoy all the benefits of your higher plan (monthly or annual) until it expires. After that, your subscription will move to the new plan you have chosen.
In “Plans and Limits” you can see the date of planned change. Until this date, you can cancel the downgrade at any time by selecting "Cancel change".
