The registration and verification process consists of 4 stages:

Stage 1: Add info about your business

Stage 2: Check company details

Stage 3: Verify identities

Stage 4: Complete application

There is no need to open each of these stages separately. Instead, you will be redirected to the next one automatically as soon as the previous one is completed.

Once you have successfully completed a step, the next step will only then become available for you to begin. You will be redirected to the next step automatically, avoiding having to return to the main dashboard to progress manually.

When completing each stage, you will always be provided the opportunity to go back to the previous block at any time during the process if you need to edit or amend some information.

Step 1. Enter your business name and click on "Continue"

Step 1.1 You will then have to confirm your mobile number by entering it and clicking on "Confirm" to receive the confirmation code. Here you can also decide whether you want to receive notifications from us via WhatsApp by ticking the box under your mobile number or leaving it blank.

Once you have entered the confirmation code sent by SMS to the number you entered, you can click on "Continue" to go to the next step.

Step 1.2 In this step, you will be asked to select the product you want to use. Kindly note that the free invoicing function will be activated automatically. To open a business account, click on "Open now":

Step 2. You will then be redirected to the main dashboard, where you should carefully check all your business information and confirm its accuracy by selecting "Continue". Note: All fields are mandatory.

Step 3. Next, you will be asked to confirm whether you are the taxpayer or a citizen of the USA. If NO, proceed to step 4, if YES, you will be taken to step 3a.

Step 3a. You will be redirected to a message informing you that we cannot open an account for you due to the FATCA agreement.

Step 4. You will now set up your profile and be asked to select your tariff plan.

By clicking on "Change plan", you can make the best decision for what suits you and your business.

Step 5. Finally, you will be asked to accept the legal terms and conditions. Tick all four checkboxes and then click on the button "Agree and accept" to complete the process and move on to the next part.

Step 6. You will then be asked to check and confirm your personal details. Click Next to proceed to the next step.

Step 7. Add your address. Start typing in the Address field, and we will offer you a few variations to choose from. If you select the address from the list, other fields will be filled in automatically. Click on Confirm to proceed to the next step.

Step 8. When you start your personal video identification, the following screen will be displayed. Click on "Finish the application" to continue with the registration.

You can then select how you want to verify yourself, using the app or the web browser.

If you select the option "Continue in web browser", you will be redirected to the following screen, where you have to click on "Continue & Start Identification" to be redirected to the website of IDNow - our partner for identification processes.

Step 9. We are almost ready! We will then recommend you to install our mobile app. Click on "Send a link to my phone" to download and install our app.

Step 10. You will then be redirected back to the main dashboard. Once the verification process is complete (it should take no longer than 1-2 business days), you can use all the features we offer you!

As soon as all checks have been completed, you will be notified by email and in the app.
