The registration- and verification process consists of 5 stages:

Stage 1: Add info about your business

Stage 2: Check company details

Stage 3: Declare owners and representatives

Stage 4: Verify identities

Stage 5: Complete application

There is no need to open each of these blocks separately, Instead, you will be redirected to the next one automatically as soon as the previous one is completed.

When completing each stage, you will always be given the opportunity to go back to the previous block at any time during the process if you need to edit or amend some information.

Stage 1.

Step 1. Begin typing your business name or SIRET/SIREN number, and it should then present you with a list of names to choose from. If your business is here, click on it.

If you cannot find your business from within this list, you can still continue by selecting the "ENTER MANUALLY" option located below..

Step 2. Once you have found the company, select the name of your company.

You will be redirected to the "FINOMenality" page.

Select "Open now" to activate the process.

Stage 2.

Step 3. You will then be redirected to the main dashboard, where in the middle of the page you will see a list of four actions you must complete in order to open an account.

Note: once you have successfully completed a step, the next step will only then become available for you to begin.

Step 4. You will be redirected to the window where you have to fill in all the information about your company and confirm that it is correct by pressing "Continue".

Note: the fields "Type of organization", "Legal category code", "Annual revenue", "Number of employees", "NAF code" are mandatory.

Step 5. You will then be asked to review the address of your business carefully, and if correct click on "Continue" to proceed.

Step 6 You will then be asked to download the KBIS extract. Press "Upload" to select the file from your computer or phone; you can also drag and drop the file onto this page. When finished, press "Continue".

The only document format accepted by Treezor is PDF.

You will also be asked to fill in the fields "Share capital" and "Date of registration".

Step 7. Next, download the Articles of Association, following the same process as above.

The document must be dated and signed by all parties.

Stage 3.

Step 8. The "Check company details" step has now been completed. You will then be redirected to the next step, "Declare business members". First, confirm if you are a legal representative, and if so, continue with Step 9. If you are not a legal representative, you will then be redirected to Step 8a.

Step 8a. If you are not a legal representative, you will be advised that a legal representative can only open a business account for the company.

Step 9. On the next screen you can choose beneficial owner(s) from the list presented (if it only you, click on your name, select "All beneficiaries selected" and continue with Step 10), or you can also add additional Beneficial Owners by clicking on "ADD ANOTHER BENEFICIAL OWNER" (Steps 9a).

Step 9a. By clicking on "ADD ANOTHER BENEFICIAL OWNER" the below window will appear where you can add all the necessary information and click on "Add" once completed.

Step 10. Once completed, you will then be presented with the following screen. Here you will be able to view your name, and also the newly added beneficial owner. You will also have the option to uncheck the added person here if needed, or continue to add another beneficial owner.

Step 11. Next, you will be asked to confirm if any of the owners and representatives of your company are taxpayers or citizens of the USA. If NO, continue with Step 12, if YES you will be forwarded to step 11a.

Step 11a. You will be redirected to a message informing you that we cannot open an account for you because of the FATCA agreement.

Stage 4.

Step 12. Here, you will be asked to verify the information of all beneficiaries. . Choose the first member (the owner) to confirm the personal details.

Step 13. Enter the first name, last name (exactly as on the ID document), date of birth, place of birth and country, as well as your tax information (country of tax residence and TIN number).

The TIN number is the Tax Identification Number. You can find it on personal identification documents or tax forms. It is also possible to find your tax number on a pre-filled tax return. It can be found in the top left-hand corner in the box "Your identifiers for declaring your taxes on impôts.gouv.fr".

Step 14. Next, we will ask you to confirm the address. Here you have the option of adding your personal address or using your business address instead.

Step 15 Only the company owner needs to go through the Liveness identity verification process.

It is highly recommended that you complete this step from a mobile phone for a better experience.

You will receive a link via a text message sent to your mobile phone

Step 16. The identity verification process consists of two steps:

  • Video of your ID

  • Video of your face

Step 17. Verify the identities of beneficial owners.

Step 18. For beneficial owners, you must select one of the two documents below to upload.

Note: only one document with personal data is needed. If this document is not European, then an international passport will suffice in this case.

Step 19. You will see a window where you can choose how to add the photo.

Step 20. If you prefer to upload the photo, you will be given instructions on how to take a good quality photo. Press "Upload Photo" to select the image on your computer or phone. When finished, press "Confirm" to continue.

Step 21. You will be prompted to verify the personal details and address of your associate.

Stage 5

Step 22. You will need to choose your tariff plan. The system automatically suggests a plan, but you can change it by pressing the "Change plan" button below.

By clicking on "Compare plans" you can see all the details and choose the best option for you.

Step 23. You will then be asked to sign the contract. Press the " Agree and Accept " button to finish.

Step 24. You will then be redirected to the main page of your client space. Once the verification is complete (it should not take more than 72 hours), you can start using all our features! As soon as all verifications are completed, we will inform you by email and with a notification in the application.
