The registration- and verification process consists of 4 stages:

Stage 1: Add info about your business

Stage 2: Check company details

Stage 3: Verify identities

Stage 4: Complete application

There is no need to open each of these blocks separately, Instead, you will be redirected to the next one automatically as soon as the previous one is completed.

Stage 1.

Step 1. Begin typing your business name or SIREN/SIRET number into the field, and it should then present you with a list of names to choose from. If your business is here, click on it.

If you cannot find your business from within this list, you can still continue by selecting the "ENTER MANUALLY" option located below.

Step 2. Once you select the company from the list you will be redirected to the "FINOMenality" page.

Choose "Open now" to activate the process.

Stage 2.

Step 3. You will be redirected to the screen where you should carefully check all your business information, and confirm it is correct by selecting "Continue".

Note: fields annual revenue, number of employees, personal assets are mandatory.

Step 5. Next you will be asked to confirm if you are a taxpayer or a citizen of the United States. If NO, continue with Step 6, if YES you'll be forwarded to step 5a.

Step 5a. You will be redirected to a message informing you that we cannot open an account for you because of the FATCA agreement.

Step 6 You need to upload your Sirene Report. The document must be no older than 3 months. You can download it from the website https://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/IdentificationListeSiret.action

Stage 3.

Step 7. You will then be asked to review and confirm your personal details. Here you can verify your phone number, which will be used to send you the confirmation codes for any actions you initiate within your account.

Once you enter your phone number, a confirmation code will be sent to your phone, which you will enter into the relevant field.

If verification was successful, a green tick will appear in the field.

Click continue to move to the next step.

Note: all fields are mandatory.

Step 8. Next you will be asked to confirm your address.

Step 9. You will need to go through the Liveness identity verification process.

It is highly recommended that you complete this step from a mobile phone for a better experience.

You will receive a link via a text message sent to your mobile phone


The identity verification process consists of two steps:

  • Video of your ID

  • Video of your face

Step 10. You will need to choose your tariff plan. The system automatically suggests a plan, but you can change it by pressing the "Change plan" button below.

By clicking on "Compare plans" you can see all the details and choose the best option for you.

Step 11. You will then be asked to sign the contract. Press the " Agree and Accept " button to finish.

Step 12. You will then be redirected to the main page of your client space. Once the verification is complete (it should not take more than 72 hours), you can start using all our features! As soon as all verifications are completed, we will inform you by email and with a notification in the application.
