Finom offers you the possibility to access all account balances and transactions from the same screen with our Multi-banking solution. This article will guide you through the process of connecting your alternative bank accounts to Finom.
After logging into your account, in the “Money” tab, click on the configuration sign situated in your “Balance” widget.
Then click on “Connect your bank”.
Our partner website window will then open, and from here it will provide you with the opportunity to link an account from another bank.
First choose the country of your bank and then, in the search field, start entering the name of the bank whose account you want to link. You will then be able to choose your bank from a drop-down list.
NB: Our partner may not support the bank that you are looking for. You can always contact our Customer Care team from in-app chat or by email at [email protected] to inform us. We will not be able to add the bank immediately, but we will collect our clients requests and then forward them to our partner to explore the possibilities.
Once you have selected your bank, you will be asked to log into your bank account. Once you have filled in your credentials, click on “Continue”.
You will see the confirmation if the connection was successful.
You will find the connected bank in the total balance section.
If you need to disconnect your bank account from Finom, you should head to the same widget and click on the configuration sign.
Click on “Manage connected banks”.
Find the bank in the list and click on “Garbage bin” sign. This will disconnect chosen bank from your Finom account.
