After connecting your bank account to Finom, you will be able to see the transactions from this account on your main dashboard. Finom automatically synchronises the transactions with your bank once a day, but you can also synchronise them manually in order to see the updated information on your dashboard.

This is how you can do it in two simple steps:

1. First, click on the section "Money", located in the top left corner of the screen. Then select the bank you would like to update your transactions for as indicated below.

2. Next, click on the button "Refresh" under the name of your bank.

Your transactions should now be updated!

If for any reason the transactions are not updated, or you see an error message below the name of the bank, please try to reconnect and attempt to repeat this process again. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact our Customer Care team who will investigate this issue until resolved.
