Your subscription fee will be charged from your account either once a month or once a year, depending on the option chosen by you. It is possible however, that there may not be sufficient funds in your account to cover the subscription fee. So what would happen in this situation?

There can be two possible outcomes:

  • If there is insufficient funds in your account at this time, your account will be blocked until until the time you have topped-up to pay for your subscription.

  • If there is sufficient funds to pay for your subscription plan, however not enough to pay for extra services such as additional cards, not included in your plan, those cards will be blocked until such time the balance has been topped up.

Once your account is blocked, you will see the following screen after logging into your account:

As soon as there is sufficient funds in your account, we will charge the fee, and your account will then become active. Please note, the only way to top-up your account is by SEPA transfer, which can take up to 3 working days to reach your account.

Please contact our Customer Care Team if you have any questions.
