Your subscription fee will be charged from your account either once a month or once a year, depending on the option chosen by you. It is possible, however, that there may not be sufficient funds in your account to cover the subscription fee. So what would happen in this situation?

There can be two possible outcomes:

  • If there are insufficient funds in your account to pay your subscription fees at this time, your account will be blocked until the time you have topped-up to pay for your subscription.

  • If your account balance is not enough to cover both your subscription and any additional service fees, the fees for extra services used during the previous billing period will be charged first. If there are insufficient funds to cover your subscription, your account will remain blocked until you top up and the full subscription amount is successfully charged.

Once your account is blocked, you will see the following screen after logging into your account:

As soon as there are sufficient funds in your account, we will charge the fee, and your account will then become active. Please note, the only way to top up your account is by SEPA transfer, instant or regular.
