If you signed up for a Finom Business Account with a phone number that you now want to change, in this article we will explain to you how to do it.
First, click on your name, or your company's name in the top right corner of your dashboard. From here, select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
You will then be directed to a page containing your "Personal profile" information. To change your email, click on the "Change phone" option, which is highlighted in blue.
To change your phone number, we will send a verification email to your current address. Please open the email and follow the instructions to start the phone number changing process.
Please note that requesting a phone number change requires deleting your old number and unlinking it from your profile. You will receive a code to confirm this action on your old phone number.
Therefore, it is important that you have access to your old phone number to complete this process.
The below window will pop up, and from here you can then insert the new phone number you want to use with Finom. To confirm the change, you will need to click on "Confirm".
Finom will send a message with a confirmation code to your new phone number, so it is important to have your phone with you. You will need to insert this code into the confirmation page to approve the number.
Once the new phone number has been confirmed, the change will take place immediately.
In some cases, the change can take up to 2 days to be processed. If after more than 2 days, you receive the SMS code on your old phone number, or you don't receive any code on your new number, then please contact us and we will look into it for you.

In case you no longer have access to your old phone number, you will need to contact the Customer Care team directly using our in app chat or via email at [email protected].
