If you signed up for a Finom Business Account with a phone number that you now want to change, you will need to contact our Customer Care team directly to do this, using our in app chat, or via email at [email protected].
For security reasons, we will first need to check and prove your identity.
To do this, you will be asked to send us a copy of the contract you have with your phone provider, or an alternative document that proves you are the actual owner of the new phone number you want to update to your account.
We will forward these details to our bank partner who will verify the document, and if no issues, the change will be completed within 3-5 business days.
As soon as the change is confirmed, we will notify you via email, and you will be able to start using Finom again with the new phone number.
