To change the period of your subscription payment, from your main dashboard, click on your business name in the top-right corner of the screen. Then click on "Plan and limits" from the dropdown list.
The page will open where you can manage your subscription.
There are two options available to you: switching from an annual to a monthly subscription and vice versa.
Switching from a monthly subscription to an annual.
To switch your plan from monthly to annual, click on the button "Switch to annual plan".
Before you confirm the action, take some time to read the important information regarding this change:
When you switch from a monthly to an annual plan, the charge is applied immediately. The cost of the annual plan will be calculated on a pro rata basis, taking into consideration the payment you've already made for your current monthly subscription (if any).
The payment will be made from your main wallet immediately.
After clicking on "Confirm" you will be asked to approve the action by entering the code we sent you in the Finom app.
Switching from an annual subscription to a monthly.
You can switch from an annual plan to a monthly at the same page by clicking on "Switch to monthly plan".
You can request to switch to a monthly plan at any time. However, please note that the change will not take effect immediately.
Since you've already paid for an annual subscription, the switch to the monthly plan will be applied after your current annual period ends. We do not offer pro rata refunds for an annual subscription in case you decide you want to switch to a monthly subscription.
You’ll continue to enjoy all the benefits of your annual plan until it expires. After that, your subscription will move to a monthly billing cycle.
You will need to approve the action by entering the code we sent you in the Finom app.
We will start charging you for a monthly subscription when your annual period ends.
You can cancel the change at any point before the billing date.
