Finom users can send invoices to their customers in several different ways. The most common method is via email, but you can also receive a link to an invoice in WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook Messenger.

If you received a link to a Finom invoice just click on it to open. Receiving by email, simply scroll the letter down until you see the button "Open Invoice no.x", and click on it.

Once opened, you will see the button with three dots. Click on it and choose "Download" from a drop-down menu.

You will then see a window offering you to create an account with Finom. If you don't want to try our services, click on "Skip this step" and the invoice will then be downloaded to your device.
