When you make a transaction with a FINOM card, this transaction can have one of four statuses:

  1. Processing: This status means that the card transaction has been authorized, but the account of the merchant has not yet been credited.

  2. Declined: This status corresponds to a refusal to validate a transaction. This means that the transaction has not been authorized.

  3. Reversed: By 'Reversed' we mean that a card transaction has been authorized, but the merchant cancelled the transaction. This amount has been returned to your account.

  4. Completed: This status means that the transaction was processed successfully, and the amount has been debited from your account, and credited to the merchant account.

How to check card transaction statuses:

To check the status of a transaction, first click on "Cards" from your main dashboard.

From here, click on the card you've used to make the transaction which you want to check the status of.

In the card "History" section, you will find a list of transactions. Click on the transaction you would like to check.

Now you're in the transactions page. Here, on the top right, you will find the status of the transaction.
