If for any reason you decide to stop using FINOM you can delete your profile and close your account at any time.
To do this, you will have to contact our Customer Care team directly, via our in-app chat, or via email at [email protected].
If you don't have a bank account
If you want to delete your profile from FINOM and you don't have a bank account opened yet, all you need to do is send us an email at [email protected]. Please ensure to write from the email address you used to register with Finom, and ask for the deletion of your data.
We kindly ask you add to your email also the reason why you want to delete your profile.
If you have already opened a bank account
If you already have an open bank account with FINOM and you want to close it, all you need to do is:
Transfer any funds remaining in your FINOM Business Account to an alternative bank account, ensuring your balance is reduced to zero. (If you encounter any issues transferring your funds, contact us via the in-app chat or via e-mail at [email protected]).
Simply contact us via email at [email protected], requesting the closure of your account. We will then provide you with all the instructions you need, and will guide you through all the steps of the process.
