If you don't have a bank account yet:
If you want to delete your FINOM profile and have not opened an account yet, simply email [email protected].
Make sure you write to us from the email address you used to register with FINOM, and request the deletion of your personal data.
Please also mention in your email the reason why you wish to delete your profile.
If you already opened a bank account:
If you already have a bank account with FINOM and wish to close it, please follow these steps:
Transfer any remaining funds from your FINOM business account to an alternative bank account, ensuring your balance is brought down to zero.
If you encounter any difficulties transferring your funds, please contact our support team.
💡 Ensure your account balance is zero before requesting closure. Any excess fees will be voided during the closure process.
Click on the name of your company in the top right-hand corner and choose settings from a drop-down menu.
3. Open business profile and click on “Close this business account”.
4. You will be presented with a short survey where you can indicate the reason for closure and leave your feedback.
5. We will ask you to confirm the closure.
6. If your account has a zero balance and no pending transactions, it will be closed immediately after you submit the request.
However, if there are any transactions still being processed or other factors involved, the closure may take up to 10 working days.
Before starting the closure process, please make sure to download any bank statements or other documents you might need in the future, as you won't be able to access them after the account is closed.
