The balance reflected on your main dashboard is an authorized balance, it includes both completed and processing transactions. You can find it in the widget “Balance on all wallets” in the top left corner of your FINOM dashboard.

In the small hovering window, you will see the settled balance, which is made up of completed transactions, and processing transactions, which includes payments/transfers that are still pending. By clicking on “View transactions” a filter will be applied to the transactions displayed on your dashboard, so you can see a list of transactions that are still being processed.

Why is the balance on my monthly statement different from the balance in the widget?

For accounting reasons, your monthly statement includes only completed transactions, so the “Closing balance” in your statement should correspond to your “Settled balance” in the widget.
