The account statement (estratto conto) is an official document that summarises all activity on your account over a period of time. It gives you a list of all incoming and outgoing transactions, so you can monitor your financial situation during that period.
The FINOM account statement will be provided monthly, and it will include:
General info about your business and the period of time to which it refers
The list of account bookings
Summary of the fees applied to clients
In this article, we will show you how to get your account statement.
Firstly, the account statement must be created separately for each wallet. The statement adheres to the following conditions:
The account statement can be downloaded only at the end of the quarter e.g. Wallet was opened on 13th of January → statement of account will be ready on 1st of February
The account statement can be requested even if the wallet was closed during the month e.g. Wallet was opened on 13th of January and closed on 25th of January → statement of account will be ready on 1st of February
The account statement can be requested even if there are no any transfers on the wallet in this quarter
e.g. Wallet was opened on 13th of January, but client didn't use it → statement of account will be ready on 1st of February
To export the account statement, you’ll need to follow these steps:
The account statement will be available for download in the “Export & Statement” section. In this page, you will find an additional block on the right named “Statement of account” .
If there are more than three statements available, please click on “show more” to display them.
Once you click on the statement, the download will be immediate.
Please note: if you have more than one account statement i.e. more than one wallet, then once you click download, you will get an archive with a few documents in it. If you have only one wallet, you will just get a PDF file.
