How to exchange currencies with my Finom Business account

With your Finom business account, you can easily exchange currencies directly from any of your wallets. Whether you're managing international payments or receiving funds in different currencies, Finom allows you to convert balances between supported currencies quickly and securely — all within your account interface.

This article will guide you in the process of currency exchange.

1. To initiate currency exchange, click on “GO” button from your main dashboard and then choose "Currency exchange"

2. The next step is to choose the currency and enter the amount you want to exchange.

💡 If you don’t have a wallet in the target currency yet, you must first create the wallet before you can make the exchange.

Once you entered the amount, click on “Continue”. We will ask you to confirm the exchange.

3. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the page of the transaction.

The completed exchange will be shown in your dashboard as a transaction.

Please be aware that currency exchange services are available during specific hours on weekdays. They are not available on weekends or outside the designated operating hours. The service is available from 00:00 to 19:00 CET
