You can decide which wallets your team members have access to. Each team member may have a specific list of wallets they can access and perform tasks with.
If you disable access to a wallet for a team member, they won't be able to see the wallet on their Finom dashboard, access its details, balance, and transaction history. They won't be able to create or verify payments from this wallet, transfer money from and to it, and use a card attached to this wallet.
How do I see and manage the wallet accesses for each teammate?
There are two options to change which wallets each teammate has access to.
Option one: To change the settings, go to the Wallet page → Settings → Team member access → Manage accesses.
For each team member, you can review the wallets to which each user has access. Clicking on the wallet names in Wallets accesses column will open the settings panel for a particular teammate.
You can use toggle switches to give or revoke access to each wallet for a teammate.
Tip: You can hover on the i icon near a teammate's role to read more about which actions the user will be able to perform with the wallet if they have access to it.
Option two: Alternatively, to see and manage the wallet accesses for a particular teammate, go to their profile in the Team tab.
In the Wallet accesses section, you can see which wallets this teammate has access to. Click Manage to change these settings.
In addition, when creating a new wallet or inviting a new team member, you will be able to allocate accesses during the setup.
Who can manage wallet accesses for team members?
Users with Account owner and Manager roles.
The account owner always has access to all wallets and can change the access settings for anyone else in the company. A manager has access to wallets to which the account owner gives them access, and they are able to change access settings for available wallets for other teammates (besides the owner).
The feature is available for the subscribers of Start, Premium, and Corporate plans.
Why can't I revoke access from a wallet?
Hover on the disabled toggle to see the reason why you're unable to disable access to this wallet. Each teammate requires access to at least one wallet. You can't revoke access from the last wallet available.
Revoking access from a wallet is not possible while there's an active card of a teammate linked to this wallet. Close it to proceed
You will see which cards are linked to a wallet in the access settings panel. Clicking on a card will transfer you to its page, where you can unlink or close them.
Why can't I change accesses for a particular teammate?
Teammates with Employee role only gain access to a wallet in case they have an active card linked to it. They're not visible in the list of teammates on the Wallet page and don't have the Manage button in the Wallet accesses section.
Close or unlink all active cards from the wallet to revoke access to it for this teammate.
The owner of the account always has access to all wallets, and no one can change this setting.
You can't change access to wallets for yourself.
Why can't I see the access settings?
Please note, that the feature is only available for the subscribers of Start, Premium, and Corporate plans.
Make sure you have teammates. The feature is not available for teams where there are no teammates to change access for. For instance, if:
You have no team members in the company.
You're the manager and you're the only person besides the owner in the company.
You only have teammates with Employee role.
There's only one wallet in the account.
If you're a manager, you can only change access for the wallets you have access to yourself. Contact the owner of your company to determine which wallets you have access to.
