💡 Refunds are available only for direct debits using the Core scheme.

B2B direct debits are non-refundable.

Both sides — your counterparty and you - can initiate a refund of Direct Debit during the 8 weeks since the day of the debit.

To do this via web or mobile app:

You should find your completed payment
Open the transaction page, click on 'Refund', and confirm it.
Wait for the refunded money.
