When you order a physical card for your Finom account, you can choose between two delivery options:
Standard Delivery
Express Delivery
This article will guide you through these 2 options so you can make your choice.
Standard Delivery
Cost: Free
Timeframe: Up to 10 working days, depending on your country. Delivery may take longer in rural or harder-to-reach areas and relies on your local postal service.
Standard delivery is available on all plans, regardless of the number of cards you have ordered.
Express Delivery
Cost: €14.99
Timeframe: Up to 2 working days. Delivery may take longer for shipments outside the EU.
Express delivery is available on all plans.
Express delivery ensures your card reaches you swiftly. When ordering a card and entering your address, you will have the option to select express delivery.
You will receive an SMS containing a link to track your card’s delivery progress. Typically, this service takes 1–2 days from when your card is ready. The timeframe may be extended for deliveries outside the EU due to customs and other logistical considerations (up to 5 working days).
The express delivery fee will be deducted at the beginning of your next billing period with the rest of the fees (monthly plan fees or fees for extra services).
Delivery Notification
Once your card is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification confirming its handover to the delivery service and the expected delivery timeframe.
