In this update, we are introducing significant changes to our pricing and fee structures across several countries and services. These updates will be released simultaneously with the product update. Please review the details below to understand how these changes may affect your Finom account.

Fee for extra in/out SEPA transfers & Direct Debits
If you are on Solo plan, there would be no fee for incoming SEPA transfers, a fee for outgoing SEPA transfers would be €2 per transfer
If you are on Start, Premium or Corporate plan, no fee for incoming and outgoing transactions will be applied any more (previously €0.2 when a limit is reached)
Monthly fee for the amount of SEPA OUT & Direct Debit transfers
Maximum fee per transfer will be €150 (VAT not included)
Example: You have made a transfer for €1,000,000 out of your pricing limit and the maximum amount of fee that you would pay is €150
Fee for international transfers (This fee applies to everyone except users who have BIC SOBKDEBBXXX)
Despite the plan you are on, a fee for incoming and outgoing transfers is fixed at €5
Fee for the amount of outgoing international transfers applies based on plan (applied for every outgoing international transfer):
Solo: 2%
Start: 0.9%
Premium: 0.8%
Inactive card fee
Previously this fee was applied for 1 month of inactivity, now the fee is applied if a card was inactive for 3 months in row
Fee for card payments certain MCCs (%, minimum €1)
The fee will depend on the amount of transaction, based on the new model range:

Fee for card transactions in foreign currencies (non-EUR)
The fee is applied and calculated per transfer and is based on pricing plan.

Fee for a physical card maintenance
A fee will be applied from October for Solo users only, and will be charged on a monthly basis.
Fee for ATM withdrawals
We are removing the fee for the quantity of withdrawals that you are making
No more possibility to extend the amount of withdrawals up to 10 000 euros. ATM withdrawal limit per card is fixed and depends on the pricing plan
A new type of fee based on withdrawn volume and plan is introduced, applicable for all cards per account

Additional Fees
Several new features were introduced:
Reference letter fee for business: if you need our team to prepare reference letter for your business
Business Account Closure Refund Processing Fee: when you close an account, but the business details you provided were incorrect. The fee is applied for processing of refund and resending the transfer
Compliance fee: if the transfer that you made requires additional work or checks from our specialists, the fee will be applied
