Why do I need to sign the agreement?
Before you can start using FinomX, French law requires that you agree to the Finom Payments Service Agreement. This ensures that both parties are compliant with legal obligations regarding payment services. How does the electronic signing process work?
Accept the terms: First, you will need to accept the terms of use for our digital signature provider, InfoCert S.p.A.
Review the agreement: You can then review and accept the Finom Payments Service Agreement.
Confirm your signature: A confirmation code will be sent to the phone number linked to your account. Enter this code to finalize the signing process.
The signing process typically completes within seconds. If it takes longer, you’ll be redirected to the main app page, and a notification will inform you that you can continue the update process. A banner will also appear, allowing you to easily resume where you left off.
