During the Finom X update, all your active cards will be re-issued as VISA cards with new card details instead of the current Master Card ones.

This re-issuance is necessary to align with Finom’s new operating structure under our own Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licence. It ensures that we can continue providing the services and features you rely on while also enhancing and evolving our offerings.

If you have physical cards, you will be able to choose where your new Visa cards will be delivered.

Your current cards will remain active until the Finom X update is completed. Once you finalize the update, your current cards will be automatically blocked, and your new Visa cards can be activated immediately.

💡 Please remember to update your card details in any subscriptions or payment services, as the blocked cards will no longer be available for billing after the transition.

Yes, during the Finom X update, your team members' cards will be reissued along with all active cards. Please note that all reissued cards will be delivered to a single address that you provide during the Finom X update process.
