What if I don’t see the option to update to Finom X ?
We are rolling out the update to Finom X in waves to ensure a smooth transition without overloading our systems. All clients will receive an invitation to update by the end of October.
If you haven’t received an invitation yet, please contact us so we can double-check your account and ensure everything is in order.
Are there any fees for updating to Finom X ?
Update to Finom X is completely free of charge.
Why Finom X asks to accept new terms and conditions?
When updating to Finom X, you will need to share your information with Finom Payments B.V. and pass the verification one more time. To streamline the process, we utilize legal open data sources to pre-fill all available information on your entity, so you’ll only need to verify or correct the data. If some details are missing or require additional verification, you’ll have the opportunity to provide this information during the update. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for the creation of your new updated account.
Throughout the update process, you'll also be asked to accept the new Terms and Conditions for your Finom Payments B.V. account, as well as agree to close your current Treezor account within 30 days of completing the update. This process will be handled automatically once the update is complete.
If you have funds in your wallets, you will be prompted to transfer them during the final step of the update. Additionally, any incoming payments sent to your old IBANs after the update will be automatically redirected to your new Finom X IBANs, free of charge. By updating to Finom X, you’ll not only retain access to all your current Finom features but also enjoy new enhancements and services.
