How can I check my old IBAN details?
Your old IBAN details will still be available through your account statements. To retrieve them, simply generate a statement for a period that includes transactions made with your old IBANs. The system will automatically display the relevant IBAN details within the statement.
Will I be able to view my past bank statements and transactions in Finom X?
Yes, your full transaction history will remain intact and accessible after the migration to Finom X. You will continue to have access to all your past transactions without any changes.
You can generate bank statements for both your deactivated IBANs and your new Finom X IBANs. Simply select the period of interest, and the system will automatically identify which IBAN the statement should be generated for, based on the transactions made during that time.
