In October 2024, Finom brings a new look and functionality to your dashboard

The dashboard aims to support your daily financial routine as much as possible, with fast access to all essential functions

Let’s have a look at all the changes in our Web version (mobile app version is coming soon)

The “GO” button is at the top left corner of your main Dashboard:

This button is your quick access to multiple different functions such as payments, wallets, work with documents, and all the additional actions

💡Please note that the selection of available functions depends on the role you have. Different members of the team have different permissions and can access different actions from this dashboard

We have a “Quick actions” widget to give you fast and easy access to the functions you need multiple times a day

The choice is yours! You can decide what actions are important to you, and keep them within one click reach on your dashboard

Clicking on the settings icon will let you choose the actions you want to keep in Quick actions

💡Please note that you can select only 3 actions

💡Please note that the availability of functions depends on the role you have. Different members of the team have different permissions linked to their role. If you need to change a role, please be aware that you need to delete the team member, and re-invite them in the new role

“Money and “Documents” are at the top of your dashboard, each having their own separate tab

The “Money” tab will show you the overview of all of your transactions, widgets for your balance, wallets, cards, and team members

You can customize your dashboard to your needs by clicking on the “Customize dashboard” button

You can move widgets around, hide some of them, or add hidden ones to the dashboard

Once you’re done, click on “Finish customization”

In the “Balance” widget you can create new wallets and add another bank account using our Multi Banking functionality, by clicking on settings icon

In the “Cards” widget you can see all the cards for your account, check all the cashback detail, and transfer it to your main wallet. To transfer the cashback, you need to click on the option right under the list of your cards.

In the “Team” widget, you can view your team, or start to onboard a new team member. For other changes, you will need to go to the team’s tab

The “Documents” tab will show you all of your incoming and outgoing invoices

Here you can create invoices, upload or export documents from the “Quick actions” widget, or personalize your own choice of fast accessible functionalities

You can manage the list of services and products you offer, as well as import your client database to Finom here – this will make the task of creating invoices for your clients much easier and faster

Your own Finom email address is displayed on this page, so you can use it to quickly and easily send your invoices and receipts to the Finom account
